If you want to run the much acclaimed Red Hand of Doom using minis, here’s a list to get you going for creatures that still exist, or almost, in DND 5e and later.
The quantities in these lists are based on the likely maximum number that might appear at one time. Currently this list only includes minis for the situations where combat is almost inevitable. Minis for NPCs that are not immediately hostile are not included.

Note, this module calls for some unique Hobgoblin types that are not exactly in 5e or 2024 editions of Dungeons and Dragons. Try getting a variety of hobgoblin minis, so that you can give them unique stat blocks and tell them apart on the battlefield.
